The fact is that we help these children because they lack necessities such as food and health care due to their poor family conditions. We ask that you work with us to lift them out of that environment, we believe that if we can help at least reduce poverty even if we cannot solve it then we should at least help them with necessities like food and health issues.

Many families in this Maasai community, have largely failed to get an education, so due to lack of education, many children end up not learning at all. At the same time, we have found that many of these orphans are uneducated and some are illiterate. We ask our community to work with us regarding school supplies, especially fees.

MEOTA is dedicated to safeguarding the rights of orphaned and vulnerable children. We provide comprehensive support, including education, healthcare, shelter, and psychosocial care, ensuring these children have access to opportunities and a safe environment to thrive. We advocate for their rights, collaborate with communities, and work towards creating a world where every child, regardless of their circumstances, can reach their full potential.

Without destroying the culture of the society of these children we have established a system of caring for them in the homes of foster parents who come from their Maasai community, this has helped them to grow up in an environment where they know the rules of their community and the rules of their tribe. So we have to take care of them in the homes of these families while paying for the lives of their caregivers as well.
